NATIONAL GRID CROSS BORDER CONNECTION - The Parish Council wrote to the CEO and LEADER of Cumberland Council on 26 July 2026 asking how the Council is looking to implement the Planning Advisory Service's guidance surrounding this Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project.  A copy of that letter is below.  As of 6 September 2026 a response is still awaited
